The roofing guarantee covers defects in material and labor for 10 full years, overlays 5, and flat roof repairs are 1/5 years depending on project TBD. The only things that are excluded are insurable losses and natural or man-made disasters. (Example – Summer of 2014 tornadoes in Eastern Massachusetts). Roof inspections are done every year on ALL roofs we work on. Roof Guarantees are fully transferable to any new owner.
